AutoCAD 2012
We have been receiving emails about our support with AutoCAD 2012. ProjectMatrix is in the testing process with this new version, and should have installs ready in the next few weeks. IMPORTANT GLOBAL INFORMATION
Due to an internal error the Global US January price change information was not previously available as an individual download on the web site. We have been contact about this error and the installations have been updated and posted to the download area of our web site. Users that update their electronic catalogs from their monthly DVD, use the AutoUpdate feature in ProjectSpec or download the complete Catalog installation file were not affected by this error. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and are taking steps to ensure that this does not happen again.

Goodbye and Welcome
Goodbye Nicole!
ProjectMatrix would like to say goodbye and thank you to Nicole. Her last day was Friday. We would like to thank her for the 3 years of service she gave to ProjectMatrix and its customers. We wish her the best of luck in her new career.
Welcome Barry!
ProjectMatrix is pleased to announce that Barry will be joining our family to help in technical support. Barry has some experience with technical support and IT. We will also be adding Ben to our support calls. Ben had worked for ProjectMatrix for the past two years doing AutoCAD drafting.
