Monthly DVD

The Novemeber DVD was a full production run, and all disks will be mailed from our Cincinnati, OH office on Friday, November 12th. We want to remind our customers that you will no longer be looking for the standard DVD cases with full jacket covers like we have sent in the past.  All monthly DVD shipments will be sent in a 5"x5" white cardboard mailer.  The label will have our logo and return address on it, and will be addressed to the "SHIP TO" contact in our database.  If the disk is being addressed to the wrong person, or you would like to change the name, you may contact us at 513-554-1665.  The new shipping method was done to reduce costs and to also be more "Green".  We were finding that most of our customers were simply discarding the plastic jackets.  You'll find the DVDs are stuffed into a sleeve that will snap into a CD/DVD wallet or 3-Ring binder for easy storage (ProjectMatrix recommends archiving DVDs for a minimum of 1 year).  We were also alerted to may of the DVDs sliding out of the center post in the old cases and were getting scratched, damaged, or were completely missing.  These new mailers should greatly reduce damages.  Please let us know if you have any comments or questions regarding the new shipping.

Please note that the Steelcase Nurture catalog (SCN) is missing a large number of 2d graphics. When placing them into CET you will see only the style number in 2d (the 3d is okay). We have reprocessed the data and have posted a new download on our download site.

Our DVD Duplicator and Fulfillment Service has Closed its Doors!

Our DVD duplication service fell victim to the recession and closed its doors. The same company also distributed the monthly DVD to our customers. We have a “temporary” service for the September DVD, and we are in process of bringing the duplication “in house” to better serve our customers.
As a result of losing our duplication service, the September DVD, will only be shipped to those customers that pay the annual DVD subscription. Customers with the DVD included as part of their subscription will only receive a DVD if they request one. Of course, all data is available for download at any time, and is normally posted to the site within 24 hours. For this month, we are burning as many DVD’s as needed to fill the requests of anyone that must have the DVD. If any site must have a DVD for September, please let us know right away.
