Survey Results

We want to thank everyone that took time to fill out our survey.  We recieved about 150 responses.  Since everyone took the time to share with us, we decided to share the results.  Here are the numbers:

* Desktops still take the lead, but by a smaller margin than before.
*Not a big surprise for us, but we are a little concerned to see a few still running Windows 2000.

* Good news is our first view and installation of Windows 7 was a positive one.  Microsoft may have redeemed themselves from Vista, but further testing will tell.
*This was a little dissapointing to us.  We were hoping to see a bigger number of Dual-Monitors.
*This shows us a positive trend to the new wide screen monitors.
* We were interested here to find out how much "Real-Estate" we have to work with.  It was good to see that 90+% are running higher than 800x600.  This means we can add more functions to ProjectSpec's Classic View.
*PSPlace for AutoCAD is still by far the leader in space planning.
*We were happy to see that many of our users have already upgraded to the 2007 or newer AutoCAD.  Users with 2006 and older are already missing out on the latest features of PSPlace and will be affected by the drop of support for the R16 versions of AutoCAD in Jan. 2010.

*We were happy to see a good majority of the users take advantage of our most up-to-date data on our website.  We realize that some of the data is extremely large and takes forever to download, which brings us to the final question...
*We are hoping to have an Automatic Downloader that will scan our site for newly added items and updates, and download them to your computer or server overnight so they are ready to install.
