www.projectmatrix.com is changing!  There are big changes coming to our website.  This switch will be happening Friday, July 22.  One of the biggest changes is that you will be required to have a login account to access the downloads and other new features such as forums and webinar recordings.  You will find a link to register and log in to the website at the top right corner of the page.

Haworth updates posted...

The June Haworth Catalogs have been posted.  This update includes the May 30th price increase.  The new pricing is in Zone 1 for US dealers and Zone 2 for Canadian dealers.  There is NO pricing in Zones 3 or 4.  The symbols have also been updated to include the Reside and Beside product lines.

ProjectMatrix welcomes Larry Bertsch!

Larry Bertsch, previously with 20-20 Technologies for 21 years, was hired as Vice President of Business Development for ProjectMatrix.  Larry will be responsible for sales, marketing, and public relations for the company.

In addition, Steve Ulstad has been promoted to Senior Vice President for ProjectMatrix.  Steve joined ProjectMatrix 11 years ago as VP of Sales.  Prior to ProjectMatrix, Steve held several key positions in the dealer consulting group with Haworth for 17 years.

Teknion Legacy Catalogs

Teknion Legacy Catalogs

Each link will contain the legacy catalog for a specified catalog version and date.  During the installation, it will create a new catalog with the Date listed behind the catalog name.  You will need to open the Catalog Manager and Activate/Deactive catalogs as needed.  It is very important that you only have one catalog active to ensure that you are receiving the correct prices.

ATTENTION HON DESIGNERS AND SPECIFIERS

Project Matrix has posted an updated HTL HON Tables Catalog that corrects specification discrepancies found in the March and April monthly updates.  It is highly recommended to download and install this updated catalog as soon as possible.

AutoCAD 2012

We have been receiving emails about our support with AutoCAD 2012.  ProjectMatrix is in the testing process with this new version, and should have installs ready in the next few weeks.  We will post another blog when we have installs ready to go.  Please contact support@projectmatrix.com with any questions or concerns.

IMPORTANT GLOBAL INFORMATION

Due to an internal error the Global US January price change information was not previously available as an individual download on the web site.  We have been contact about this error and the installations have been updated and posted to the download area of our web site.  Users that update their electronic catalogs from their monthly DVD, use the AutoUpdate feature in ProjectSpec or download the complete Catalog installation file were not affected by this error.  We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and are taking steps to ensure that this does not happen again.

Goodbye Nicole!
ProjectMatrix would like to say goodbye and thank you to Nicole.  Her last day was Friday.  We would like to thank her for the 3 years of service she gave to ProjectMatrix and its customers.  We wish her the best of luck in her new career.

ProjectMatrix is pleased to announce that Barry will be joining our family to help in technical support.  Barry has some experience with technical support and IT.  We will also be adding Ben to our support calls.  Ben had worked for ProjectMatrix for the past two years doing AutoCAD drafting.
